Patch releases can be tracked on [SteamDB](https://steamdb.info/app/663670/history/), but there are currently very little info in patch notes, and no communication from LiquidBit developers on plans or roadmap. The updated game (patched in July 2026 to re-introduce online play) is currently only available as a **free download** on [Steam](https://store.steampowered.com/app/663670/Killer_Queen_Black/), and is playable on PC and Steamdeck. Local play is still functional on Xbox and Switch, for players who already own copies. The last update for those consoles was in 2022 and online play has been disabled.
